Visit this year's exhibition at the Welsh Quilt Centre, Lampeter, Wales to see many of the quilts in Little Welsh Quilts by Mary Jenkins. Here are a few photos from the opening event to give you a flavour. Some of Mary's quilts were inspired by large quilts in Jen Jones' collection, so it's a treat to see them together.
The display is imaginative, following the 'Merry go Round' title of the exhibition, so the quilts are not flat and static but brought to life as they are in Mary's home. There is even a recreation of a room in Mary's house - uncannily true to the feeling in the actual room, which is full of the creative collections that Mary loves.
